This will help management keep track of the tenant's automobiles on these properties as well as parking violators. Automobiles without the proper parking permit will be booted.

ATA uses a vehicle immobilization boot to help with the enforcement of property parking policies. Advantages of this boot include: on-site resolution, any mistakes that may be made or unusual circumstances that somtimes arise can be addressed quickly by simply removing the boot without any booting fee. Immobilized vehicle fees are paid to our representatives and without an impound fee. These fees can be paid by credit card in the amount of $100 and a $5 discount for those who pay with cash. This is how we provide our FREE service to Property Management.
